We want to know exactly what the visitors to ReplenishmentJobs.com replenish, as well as some of the unique challenges you face. The majority of us here spent our replenishment days in produce, dreaming of something easier like bicycles or blankets. I don't know what could be more challenging than perishables. But let's hear from you and maybe someone out there can put us in our place, maybe blankets or t-shirts aren't as simple as we dreamed.

Are grenades replenished by buying them or finding them? I haven't found a vendor that sells grenades and i'm only able to find grenade upgrades and not grenades themselves. Am I too early in the game to find them? I'm only lvl 3.

Will Abstaining From Having #### Help Improve Sperm Count?

Couples who abstain from #### in the hope of saving sperm until the woman is at her most fertile have definitely been misled. A recent study provides the strongest evidence yet that not only is abstaining from #### of no benefit to couples with normal fertility, but it can also damage the chance of successful conception among couples seeking fertility treatment.

The World Health Organization guidelines state that men should abstain from #### for between two and seven days before giving a sample for fertility treatment. This however does not mean that if you are trying to conceive you might have the best sperm if you abstain from #### for a few days.

Some studies reveal that delaying ejaculation may increase the total concentration of sperm and perhaps the volume of semen. However, the percentage of normal sperm and the percentage of motile sperm decrease with infrequent ejaculation. Overall, the study concludes that ejaculation three to four times per week will ensure the optimum number of good motile sperm.
